The Gaia Project is a program of education to the global awareness of yourself and of the other, for the protection of the childhood and of the adolescence, developed in collaboration with Unesco, approved by the Minister of Labour and Social Politics, developed by the Associazione di Promozione Sociale Villaggio Globale di Bagni of Lucca (Tuscany).
The program is based on the Psychosomatic Mindfulness Protocol (PMP) consisting of practices of awareness in motion and static that allow children and teenagers to experience states of relaxation and becoming aware and better characters of the situations that emotionally involve them thus developing a greater sensibility towards oneself, others and nature and its living beings.
The Mindfulness course is based on the awareness of the breath to get a deep contact with ourselves. The practice is based on the breath and on the body, allowing to accommodate the feelings of the here and now in a context of non-judgement.
Finding yourself in this practice leads also to a greater sense of physical and psychological well-being, keeping a state of a balanced natural health.
A lesson that allows to work deeply on the awakening of senses and of your own vital energy.
Listening and body movement allow to reconnect us deeply to joy that comes from the pleasure of alive body that breathes and pulses in continuous fusion with yourself and with what surrounds.
Body as holy temple to know and live fully, love and respect it, through which learn to love yourself and get back in touch with our vital energy that will be poured in union with each other.
In this process you will awake and extend your vital energy, open yourself to pleasure of senses, find a state of deep relaxation, acceptance and gratitude from that will be possible flow better in the affective and lovely relations with the others, more than in the relation with yourself and your psychophysical health. The seminar takes place in an environment of delicacy and respect both towards yourselves and towards others.
“Tantra is a natural way and the goal is that to be relaxed and natural. Don’t oppose current, but simply move in it, flow with it” (Osho).
